MB regrets no coverage for Cheng Ho Expo

KOTA BARU, 26 Nov: Menteri Besar Kelantan, Tuan Guru Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, create a sense of aggrieved at the actions some of the mainstream media do not cover travel on Cheng Ho Expo 2010 program.

According to him, the action does not reflect the attitude of 'journalist' even though the program is quite good and it was first held in this country, let alone at the state level.

"But because it was organized by the Government of Kelantan, they hide the program in their newspapers but only a few other media including Chinese newspapers only.

"Or maybe they have other reasons, I do not even know, no comment even more Nah," he said.

He said, however, it was not an obstacle to the state government as it continues to run smoothly, and even managed to exceed what is expected.

"Weather with the permission of Allah, not only did not rain, but overcast and not quite hot, so it provides comfort to the visitors for this program include witnessing the presentation," she said.

Tuan Guru was speaking to reporters after officiating the closing ceremony of the Expo 2010 in Kelantan Zheng Cantre Trade, here today.

He added that the internet / amenities are also people around the world to see this program through facebook, web sites and portals to get clear reward in connection therewith.

Earlier in his speech at the ceremony, he reminded the younger generation to take the spirit of unity that are highlighted by Admiral Cheng Ho.
